About Me - Shelby Mancuso
Hi!
I am the founder and operator of The Charming Host. I currently own one long term co-living rental in Mobile AL., and one short term rental (STR) in Foley AL. My husband and I also own a small business in Foley, AL.
In 2024, I took over ownership and management of an underperforming 3 bed/2 bath Airbnb, with the goal of improving occupancy, boosting nightly rates, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
I became a guest favorite on Airbnb within one month of going live, and featured as a Premier Host on VRBO. I became a Superhost the first 90 days of hosting, and have maintained that status since rising to the top 5% in the Foley STR market.
